Ludo

Race your four tokens around the board and home before your friends. Play with 2–4 players online or take turns on one device. Free, with no sign-up.

How do we start?

Share the same invite link with up to three friends. Once everyone has joined, the host selects “Start game”. On one device, choose “On this device”, select the number of players and start. There is no computer opponent.

What does a six let me do?

Move one token from the yard to its start square, using the whole roll, or move a token already on the track six squares clockwise. A six gives you another roll, even if no token can move. With any other roll, move one token that many squares; if no move is possible, your turn passes automatically.

What happens if I roll three sixes in a row?

A third consecutive six is forfeited and your turn ends. Your first two moves stay on the board.

Which squares are safe?

All start squares and the four stars are safe. On other shared squares, landing on an opponent sends their token back to its yard. If several opposing tokens share that square, they all return to their yards. Stacked tokens never block the path.

How do I win?

Follow the track into your own home lane and reach the centre with an exact roll. The first player to bring all four tokens home wins. Capturing a token or reaching home gives no bonus roll, and moves cannot be undone.

Can we play another round?

Online, every original player must select “Play again” to start another round in the same room. On one device, “Play again” starts immediately. The starting player rotates each round.
